Unfortunately, a train / tube strike were scheduled for that day so we decided to book a car to take us. I contacted Brighton City Chauffeur and got a price from their website. My Internet connection was not great and I was unable to pay via on-line so I contacted Artan to find a solution. He was extremely accommodating and trusting and said that I could pay him when I was collected on the day. All through the booking I kept in touch with Artan via WhatsApp and he was very responsive. On the day, he texted me to let me know where he would collect us and he was 15 minutes early, in the closest spot possible to our hotel entrance (which was on a busy road) which really suited us! The car we chose was a Mercedes Vito which was meticulously clean, stocked with water and very comfortable. Artan could not have been nicer to us, helping us with our luggage, offering to stop for coffee en-route and was really pleasant to chat to. We got to London spot on time and we were very relaxed the whole way. Something that really impressed us was that as we were going through the Blackwall Tunnel, Artan spotted a Mercedes van with a flat tyre. He pulled up beside the van and had a chat to the driver and gave him his puncture repair kit - it was a selfless and kind gesture that summed up Artan.
